In 2015, Hussein Zawiya began exploring the best places in the world to live, do business, and invest, following the difficult circumstances that his home country, Yemen, experienced that year. He was inspired by a saying often repeated by his father: “Travel, for in travel there are seven benefits.”
Later, he moved to Southeast Asia, specifically Malaysia, where he founded Arabi Advisor to share his expertise. Since then, Hussein Zawiya has undertaken the following:
- Built eRomman into a leading e-commerce platform in Malaysia.
- Founded 24 Dokan to serve the Arab community in Southeast Asia with an innovative grocery app.
- Created inspiring video content on startups, technology, and travel.
- Gained long-term expertise in navigating regional business challenges.
